摘要
利用Pro/E软件设计了适用于含硫化铁硬结核薄煤层液压支架ZY2600/6.5/16,并利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行了有限元分析。通过仿真结果的分析,确定所设计液压支架的安全性和稳定性,为液压支架结构设计和改进提供了参考。
The 3D model of hydraulic support was designed with Pro/E. This type of hydraulic support is used in thin coal bed containing hard iron sulfide. And the 3D model was analyzed with ANSYS Workbench. According to the analyzed results, the security of hydraulic support was estimated. This provided a basis for how to improve the structure of hydraulic support.
