摘要
针对富含硫化铁矿结核体的薄煤层开采作业,基于MSCADAMS三维仿真建模软件对某型采煤机截割部建立刚柔耦合有限元模型,并通过MSCADAMS输出的载荷文件对摇臂壳体进行瞬时动力学分析,找出摇臂壳体的设计缺陷,为优化采煤机设计提供参考。
Aiming at the mining operations of the body rich in pyrites concretion, set up the coupled finite element model of cutting part of coal winning machine based on MSCADAMS 3D simulation modeling software, and analyzed the transient dynamics of the rocker arm shell, find out the design flaw of the rocker arm shell, provide a reference for optimization design of shearer.
