摘要
针对传统的机械设计方法在大型设计中的不足,利用ANSYS Workbench对1 000 m煤矿带式输送机关键部件进行校核分析,即主传动滚筒的静力分析,末级改向滚筒的静力分析以及最高托辊架的屈曲分析。通过分析,为带式输送机的设计提供了理论依据、缩短了设计周期并且优化了其设计结构。
For the shortage of traditional mechanical design method in large machine, this paper present one way to check strength of the key components of 1000 meter belt conveyor by using ANSYS Workbench software, which include the static structural analysis of the main driving drum, the static structural analysis of the last turnabout drum and the buckling analysis of the highest roller frame. Through analyzing, it provide theoretical foundation to design, shorten the design cycle and optimize the design structure.
