摘要
为了研究BVB3661香蕉筛的动态特性,建立了三维有限元模型,并对建模过程中的模型简化、单元选择、载荷施加等做了探讨。通过对有限元模型做模态分析获得了BVB3661香蕉筛的前8阶固有频率和对应的主振型。由模态分析可知,所设计的BVB3661香蕉筛固有频率和工作频率不重合,不会产生共振现象,满足设计要求。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of BVB3661 banana screen,established its 3D finite element model, and investigated of the model simplifies, element selection, and applied load. Through modal analysis of the finite element model, obtained top 8 natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration mode about BVB3661 banana screen. By the modal analysis, natural frequency and frequency of BVB3661 banana screen are not coincide, so avoid resonance phenomenon, to meet the design requirements.
