摘要
针对采煤机滚筒自动调高要求建立滚筒调高系统的数学模型,讨论了调高增益K、系统等效质量的模型简化方法,并提出了一种新定义下的开关阀控液压缸的传递函数计算方法。根据MG1100/2860-WD交流电牵引采煤机的系统参数,利用LabVIEW进行系统仿真,预测该型号采煤机调高滚筒的动态特性并分析设计参数对其性能的影响。
Aiming at the demand of the shear's drum automatically height-adjusting ,the paper has established the mathematical model of control system involving how to simplify the model about displacement K and the system of equivalent quality, and also propose a new definition of switch valve controlled hydraulic cylinder transfer function calculation method. According to parameters of the MG1100/2860-WD system shearer, the control system model be made a simulation based on LabVIEW, to predict the dynamic characteristic of this type shearer and analyse the effect of design parameters on its performance.
