摘要
EBZ132型掘进机在使用过程中存在能量损失多、系统发热大、液压系统效率低,系统稳定性较差等问题。针对该型号掘进机,对其液压系统进行了部分改进,根据工作时负载变化较大的情况,使用了负载敏感变量泵和负载敏感比例多路阀。实际测试表明:改进后的系统稳定可靠,发热及能量损失小于改造前,能保证掘进机长时期的无故障工作。
EBZ132 type roadheader existence in the course of energy loss and more heat large systems, hydraulic systems, low efficiency, poor stability of the system and other issues. In this paper, the type boring machine, its hydraulic system was partially improved, according to the work load changes is large, the use of load sensing variable displacement pump and load sensing proportional multi-way valve. Improved actual test showed that: the improved system is stable and reliable; heating and energy loss is less than before the transformation, which would ensure a more prolonged boring machine failure.
