根据泵房自动化程度不高、人力投入较大的不足,从设备、管路与阀门方面对泵房进行了改造,使用了组态软件、PLC与传感器等技术实现了泵房远程监控系统,重点介绍了系统的构成与实现方法,系统实现了水泵的自动运转、故障报警与轮转工作,通过上位机完成泵房工况的监控,提高了井下水泵控制的自动化水平,保证了煤矿井下的安全生产。
