四自由度冲裁机床自动控制系统设计研究

Design and Research on Automation Control System of Punching Machine with Four Degrees of Freedom

针对传统的PLC控制自动冲裁机在实际应用中出现的不足,提出了以伺服运动控制卡为核心的运动控制系统,分别从硬件结构设计和软件程序开发2个角度详细研究了基于伺服运动控制卡的自动冲裁机控制系统,并对系统自动化控制中的关键技术进行了深入探讨。运动控制卡替代传统的PLC实现自动冲裁机的运动控制,具有控制精度高、控制稳定可靠等优势。

Aiming at the shortfall in practical applications of traditional automatic punching machine used PLC control mode, the motion control system based on a servo motion control card was pointed out, and the automation control system of automatic punching machine based on the servo motion control card was developed from hardware structural design and software programs, respectively, and the key technology of the automatic control system was discussed in detail. Instead of the traditional PLC control mode, the control mode of motion control card has high control precision, control stability and reliability.
