摘要
对井下工程机械的造型设计进行分析,并提出设计理念。通过二次开发工具Pro/toolkit和应用程序接口对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现产品的参数化设计,设计的过程更加方便简单。通过人机界面对参数重新赋值,利用参数约束和传递的驱动原理,快速准确地生成设计方案供设计师选择优化。从而提高了设计效率和设计质量,缩短设计周期。
Analysis of the design of underground engineering machinery, and puts forward the design concept.Through Pro/toolkit (the tool of second develop of Pro/Engineer) and API (the application pro- gram interface), realized the parametric design of product, made the design process more convenient and simple. Through the man-machine interface of the parameter assignment or using the constraints of parameter and the driving principle of transfer, made design plan more rapidly and accurately for the designer to choice optimization. Using this can improve the design efficiency and quality of design, short- en the design cycle.
