摘要
随着采煤机功率的增加,采煤机液压系统的故障就会增多,尤其是平衡阀频繁损坏。针对这个问题,结合工作面情况,通过拆解损坏的平衡阀,分析平衡阀的工作原理,找出平衡阀频繁损坏的原因,提出了解决方法,提高了采煤机液压系统的可靠性。
The fault of the shearer hydraulic system is increased with the addition of the shear power, especially the failure of the counterbalance valve. Based on the condition of the working face , the damaged counterbalance valve is dismantled, working principle is analyzed , the reason of counterbalance valve failure is found out ,the solving way is proposed. The reliability of the shearer hydraulic system is improved.
