摘要
以十二烷基二羟乙基叔胺为原料合成了2种衍生物,即十二烷基二羟乙基氧化胺(DDEAO)和十二烷基甲基二羟乙基氯化铵(DHHAC),用IR和1H-NMR进行结构表征.通过表面张力和电导率的测定,研究了2种衍生物的表面活性,并分别与其结构相似的十二烷基氧化胺(DDMAO)、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)和十二烷基二甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DHDAC)进行了比较.测定了上述5种表面活性剂的抗静电性能,并讨论了表面活性剂亲水基上羟乙基个数对其表面活性以及抗静电性能的影响,结果表明,随着亲水基上羟乙基个数增多,表面活性剂的表面活性和抗静电性能都有所提高.
Dodecyldiethoxylamine oxide (DDEAO) and dodecyl-di(2-hydroxyethyl)-methylammonium chloride (DHHAC) were synthesized with dodecyldiethoxylamine as raw material, and the structures of the synthesis products were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The surface activities of DDEAO and DHHAC derivatives were investigated systematically through surface tension and conductivity measurements, and compared with those of dodecyldimethylamine oxide (DDMAO), dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride (DTAC) and dodecyl-(2-hydroxyethyl)-dimethylammonium chloride (DHDAC) with similar structure. In addition, the antistatic properties of fabric finished with five surfactants were also studied and the influence of the amount of hydroxyethyl groups on surfactants hydrophilic group component on surface activity and antistatic properties were analyzed. The results showed that the surface activity and antistatic properties increased with the increase of the amount of hydroxyethyl groups on surfactants hydrophilic groups.
