摘要
以丁二酰氯、戊二酰氯和γ-氨丙基二乙氧基甲基硅烷为原料,通过一步法合成含酰胺键有机硅双子表面活性剂.用单因素法考察了投料比、冰浴搅拌0.5 h后续反应温度、后续反应时间对目标产物收率的影响,用IR和1H-NMR对目标产物结构进行表征,并测定了目标产物的表面张力.化合物1的cmc,γcmc,c20分别为8.32×10-4mol/L,32.70 mN/m,1.02×10-5mol/L;化合物2的cmc,γcmc,c20分别为6.76×10-4mol/L,30.80 mN/m,8.13×10-6mol/L.
Organosilicone Gemini surfactants with amide bond were synthesized from succinyl chloride, gl-utaryl chloride and γ- aminopropyl diethoxymethyl silane through one- step method. The influences of molar ra-tio, reaction temperature and reaction time after stirring 0.5 h in ice bath on the product yields were investigat-ed. The products were identified by IR and 1H- NMR. The surface tension of products was determined. The cmc,γcmc,c20 of target products 1 and 2 were 8.32×10^- 4 mol/L, 32.70 mN/m, 1.02×10^- 5 mol/L and 6.76×10^- 4 mol/L, 30.80 mN/m, 8.13×10^- 6 mol/L, respectively.
