不同类型导染剂对织物染色性能的影响

摘要 随着鲜亮色蒽醌分散染料的大量使用,导染剂的应用给染色生产带来很大的便利,能够在很大程度上减少色花和缩小缸差.介绍了3种不同类型的导染剂CA-250S、CA-800、DT-49.研究发现:CA-800的移染性能优于CA-250S和DT-49,可用于染花织物的移染;通过阶段染色发现,染色时加入CA-800,在110℃之前对染料有促染作用,在110℃之后表现出良好的缓染作用;加入DT-49和CA-250S,在120℃之前对染料有不同程度的促染作用,在120℃之后表现出良好的缓染作用.采用导染剂预处理,能够在保持导染剂作用的基础上加大织物的染色相对力度,可节省20%左右的染料. Along with the wide application of bright anthraquinone disperse dyes, the usage of carriers bring about great convenience to the dyeing production and largely reduce the dyeing defect and color differ-ence between lots. Three different types of carriers CA- 250S, CA- 800 and DT- 49 were introduced. It was found that the migration behavior of CA- 800 was better than CA- 250S and DT- 49, which can be used for mi-gration of color defect. It was found through step dyeing that CA- 800 had accelerating effect to dye below 110 ℃, while had good retarding effect over 110 ℃. Below 120 ℃, CA- 250S and DT- 49 had different degree of accelerating effect to dye, and had good retarding effect over 120 ℃. Carrier pretreatment could increase the dyeing strength on the basis of the carrier effect, and could save about 20%of dye.
