摘要
荧光增白剂C.I.351俗称CBS,产品的质量和收率直接依赖于生产中控.提供了一种生产CBS的原料联苯二氯苄和中间产物酯化物的纯化方法以及联苯二氯苄、酯化物和CBS的液相色谱检测方法,可方便地对来料和中间体进行质量控制,对反应进程进行跟踪.研究还发现,要想获得红光CBS,主杂质峰与主峰面积比必须小于0.88.
Fluorescent whitening agent C.I.351 is commonly known as CBS, whose product quality and yield directly depends on the production control. The purification methods of 4,4′- bis(chloromethyl)- 1,1′- bi-phenyl (BCMB) and 4,4′- bis(diethoxy phosphomethyl) biphenyl (BPMB) were provided, and the liquid chromatography detection methods of BCMB, BPMB and CBS were also provided. These methods could be easily applied in quality control of incoming materials and intermediates, as wel as tracking reaction process. It was also found that in order to obtain reddish CBS, the main impurity peak with the main peak area ratio must be less than 0.88.
