以“文明发展”解构“增长主义”

Civilization Development Deconstruction of Growth Mania

"增长不等于发展",为了"增长"而"增长",唯GDP总量及其以"高增长"为特征的"增长主义",其逻辑看似积极合理,但并不能解决当今中国面临的增长不平衡、不协调、不可持续的主要矛盾。中国已为"增长主义"付出了沉重的生态与社会代价。因此,解构"增长主义",是为了让"增长"回归合理、可持续的增长速度,保证未来中国"增长"的质量和效益。国际社会种种"去增长"思想理论及其运动对"增长主义"的解构是不彻底的。"文明发展"对"增长主义"的逻辑、价值取向和评价尺度的解构,对于引导中国在可持续的健康增长中实现伟大民族复兴的"中国梦",具有重要的理论和实践价值。

Growth is not equal to development. The growth mania focuses on the total GDP and the high growth, the logic of which appears to be positive and rational, but in fact, cannot solve the main contradiction China is faced with, such as unbalanced growth, uncoordinated and unsustainable growth. China has paid a heavy social and ecological cost for the growth mania. Therefore, the deconstruction of growth mania is to let the growth return to a rational and sustainable rate, to ensure the quality and benefit of future growth in China. The ＂un-growth＂ theory and its movement in the international society are not complete for the deconstruction of the growth mania. The civilization development is of significant theoretical and practical value. It can deconstruct the logic, the value orientation, and the evaluation standard of the growth mania. It can lead China to the realization of the ＂Chinese Dream＂ of the great national revival in a healthy and sustainable development.
