摘要
为了确定橡胶沥青生产加工时的胶粉掺量、剪切温度、剪切时间等因素对其软化点的影响,采用不同剂量的橡胶粉与90°基质沥青在不同的剪切温度、剪切时间条件下制备橡胶沥青,分别进行软化点试验,确定基于软化点的橡胶沥青最佳胶粉掺量、剪切温度和剪切时间。结果表明,胶粉掺量为20%、剪切温度为190℃、剪切时间为60 min时橡胶沥青软化点达到最大值。
In order to determine the factors which have impact on the softening point of rubber asphalt, different contents of rubber powder, shear temperature and shear time were selected to manufacture rubber asphalt with 90° asphalt, and tests on softening point were conducted to ascertain optimum mixing amount of rubber powder, shear temperature and shear time. The results show that rubber asphalt's softening point reaches the maximum value when the mixing amount of rubber powder is 20%, the shear temperature is 190 ℃, and the shear time is 60 min.
