磨料水射流作用下混凝土损伤场的数值模拟

摘要 基于磨料水射流冲击破碎旧水泥混凝土路面的方法具有系统压力低、流量大、节能、环保、节约成本等特点,采用ALE算法建立了磨料水射流破碎仿真模型,模拟了从磨料射流离开喷嘴到冲击破碎混凝土的全过程,主要分析研究了在不同磨料浓度下,磨料水射流冲击混凝土时的破碎深度演变情况以及破碎效果图。通过与试验数据的比较,验证了仿真模型和结果的正确性。 Given that using the abrasive water jet's impact to crush old cement concrete pavement has the advantages of low system pressure, high flow, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and economic, the ALE algorithm was applied to build a simulation model that covers the whole process since the abrasive water jet comes out of the nozzle. The evolution of crushing depth while water jet impacts the concrete and the effect diagram were studied with different concentration of abrasive, and the result was compared with experimental data, which confirms the correctness of the simulation model and its results.
