摘要
综述了盐胁迫对植物体内叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、甜菜碱、光合作用、质膜通透性、抗氧化酶等生理生化指标影响的研究进展,旨在为进一步揭示植物耐盐性生理、分子机制及筛选和培育耐盐性植物新品种提供参考依据。
Advances on physiological and biochemical indexes of plant salt tolerance such as chlorophyll, proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar, betaine, photosynthesis, cell membrane permeability, antioxidant enzymes, were reviewed to further unveil the physiological and molecular mechanism of plant salt tolerance, and to provide a reference for screening and breeding new varieties with salt tolerance.
