摘要
采用含NaOH的处理剂对含木棉的混纺纱进行煮练处理。通过芯吸高度、纱线拉伸性能测试,观察碱用量对纱线宏观性能的影响,以此表征杂质去除情况和对纤维的损伤程度。结果表明:在不破坏纤维本身结构的基础上,可有效去除纤维表面的脂肪蜡质等杂质,有助于后续加工处理。通过对比前处理后纱线的性能,得出木棉纺织品前处理的最佳条件:采用NaOH 6 g/L的处理剂,90℃恒温处理2 h,在处理过程中施加一定的搅拌作用。
The scouring of the kapok blended yarns was performed with the agents containing NaOH. The impurity removing level and the fibre damage degree were evaluated by measuring the wicking height and the tensile properties to investigate the effects of the NaOH amount on the yarn macro-properties. It was found that the surface impurities of the fiber such as fatty and wax can be removed effectively without destroying the fiber structure, which was benefit to the subsequent processing. Comparing the properties of the yams after pretreatment, the optimum pretreatment condition of kapok textile was that treated at 90 ℃ for 2 h with stirring in the agent containing NaOH in the concentration of 6 g/L.
