摘要
随着数据采集系统往高速系统快速发展,这对高速采样芯片需要的采样时钟提出了高要求。为此本文提出了一种基于ADF4350芯片的时钟解决方案,详细介绍了ADF4350芯片的功能以及配置寄存器,并介绍了其在960Msps系统中的具体设计应用,给出了配置寄存器的具体值。通过Xilinx公司的ISE软件中的ChipScope Pro抓取采样数据,计算其有效位数,实测数据表明ADF4350芯片的时钟输出具有较高的质量,稳定度好,满足系统的需求。
With the development of data acquisition system to high-speed data acquisition system, the sampling clk that the high-speed sampling chip needed requires high quality. So this paper introduced a clock circuit design based on ADF4350, the paper detailsADF4350’s function and configuration registers, also introduced detail application of ADF4350 in the 960MHz high-speed data acquisition system, given the specific value of configuration register. And used the Xilinx Corporation ISE Chipscope Pro to capture the samping data, calculated ADC chip’s ENOB, the measured data indicated that the clk output of ADF4350 has high quality, high stability, and meet the design requirements.
