浅论化学类大学生科研创新能力的培养

Study on innovation capacity training of the chemical college students

根据化学学科发展的特点,针对当前大学生科研创新能力培养存在的主要问题进行了剖析,提出改革选拔制度,提高生源质量;建立灵活的选课制度,尊重大学生选课自主权,实现科研仪器共享等大学生创新能力培养对策。

According to the characteristics of chemistry development, main research and innovation capacity problems exitting among current college students were analyzed. Selection system should be reform to improve the quality of students. Flexible elective system should be created. The autonomy of college course should be respected. Achieve scientific instruments such as college students sharing should be achieved for innovation ability as countermeasures.
