葡聚糖酶应用于甘蔗制糖过程的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 2013/14年榨季在广西农垦的多家糖厂进行了葡聚糖酶应用的生产性试验。结果表明葡聚糖酶可有效清除制糖物料中的葡聚糖,除去率达到98%以上,清混汁纯度差达到2 AP以上,煮炼回收率提高1个百分点以上。使用葡聚糖单抗试剂盒能快捷、准确测定甘蔗原料、在制品和产品中的葡聚糖含量,解决制糖生产中葡聚糖测定的大难题。 In 2013/14 milling season, the production test of dextranase was carried out in some sugar factories in the Guangxi Agricultural Reclamation Group. It is indicated that the dextran of cane juice can be eliminated by dextranase, the elimination ratio can be above 98%. The purity difference between purified juice and mixed juice can be increased to above 2 AP and the boiling house recovery can be raised to above 1%. Dextran content in sugarcane, intermediate products and products can be measured rapidly and accurately by monoclonal antibody kit, so the big problem, dextran measurement in production can be resolved.
