摘要 澄清是制糖生产最重要的工段,糖汁澄清效果的优劣对成品糖的质量影响重大。本研究以制糖业澄清工艺专利申请为切入点,借助国内外大型数据库及多种分析工具,围绕制糖澄清技术领域开展专利信息分析研究,了解该领域的技术动态、研发热点专利布局和发展趋势,并提出了广西甘蔗制糖业澄清工艺创新发展的浅见,希望借此为广西乃至全国甘蔗制糖业澄清工段的工艺创新提供新思考与新视点。 Clarification is the most important section in sugar production, and the clarification effect of the juice is significant to the finished product of sugar’s quality. In this study, focusing on applications of sugar clarification patents, using large databases on patents and a variety of analytical tools both domestic and abroad, we carried out the patent information analysis in the clarified technical field of sugar. The technological developments, hotspots and trends in this field were summarized, suggestions in clarify process of cane sugar industry innovation and development were proposed to provide a new thinking and new viewpoints for the innovation of the clarification process in cane sugar industry in Guangxi as well as in China.
