应用旋转变压器的轴角位置信号检测

Shaft Angle Position Signal Detection Using the Rotary Transformer

研究了一种检测转子位置的方法,应用旋转变压器/数字转换器AD2S90,将转子位置转换为数字量。并在给出旋转变压器工作原理的基础上,研究了基于AD2S90的系统工作原理,以及相关接口电路、检测电路的实现。实验结果表明,系统设计合理可靠,旋转变压器与AD2S90组成的数字位置检测电路正确可行。

A rotor position detection method is studied, which converts rotor position to digital quantity by using resolver-to-digital converter AD2S90. On the basis of the working per introduces the working principle of the system based on AD2S90, implementation. The experimental results show that the system design principles of the rotating transformer, this parelated interface circuit, and detection circuit is reasonable and reliable, and the digital position detection circuit composed of rotary transformer and AD2S90 is feasible.
