面向应急指挥过程的智能决策方案分析研究

摘要 面向应急指挥过程的智能决策系统既能发挥计算机迅速处理突发事件的优势,更主要的是根据人工智能中案例推理方法对历史案例进行检索和适配,找出最匹配的预案知识,制定出应急方法。本文针对某城市一高新科技园区内发生的各种公共事件进行应急处置,提供一体化综合应急调度平台。当园区出现应急事件时,平台能够提供快速响应,并触发相应的应急预案流程。 Emergency Command System for intelligent decision-making process of both the advantages of computer promptly to emergencies,but the main thing is based on artiifcial intelligence,case-based reasoning approach to the history of the case retrieval and adaptation,identify the plan that best matches the knowledge,develop emergency methods.This paper for a variety of public emergency incidents within a city a high-tech park,providing integrated comprehensive emergency management platform.When an emergency event occurs when zone,the platform can provide rapid response and trigger the corresponding contingency plans lfow.
