2012年深圳市葵涌街道居民慢性非传染性疾病防制健康素养现况

Survey on health literacy about chronic non-communicable diseases prevention among residents in Kuichong Street of Shenzhen City in 2012

目的了解深圳市葵涌街道居民慢性非传染性疾病防制健康素养现况,为开展健康素养干预提供依据。方法采用多阶抽样方法,在葵涌街道抽取5个社区共1 020名15~69岁常住人口,采用自行设计问卷进行调查,参考国家健康素养计分方式进行分析。结果 2012年葵涌街道居民具备慢性病素养的比例是3.80%,具备慢性病基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、阅读技能、基本技能素养的比例分别为6.80%、14.50%、70.9%、40.8%。结论葵涌街道居民慢性病素养总体水平较低,还需加强慢性病防制健康教育工作。

[Objective]To understand the current situation of health literacy about chronic non-communicable diseases prevention among the residents of Kuichong Street in Shenzhen City,provide scientific basis for developing health literacy intervention.[Methods]Using multi-stage sampling method,1020 residents aged 15-69 years old from 5 communities in Kuichong Street were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire of health literacy. The data was analyzed according to the scoring method of national health literacy survey.[Results]The proportion of residents with the health literacy of chronic non-communicable diseases prevention in Kuichong Street was 3. 80% in 2012. As for the four health-literacy-related aspects,including basic concept and knowledge of chronic diseases,healthy lifestyle and behaviors,reading skills,and basic health related skills,the proportion was6. 80%,14. 50%,70. 9% and 40. 8%,respectively.[Conclusion]The overall level of health literacy about chronic disease prevention among Kuichong residents is low. It is necessary to strengthen health education about the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
