2002—2012年天津市西青区法定传染病流行趋势分析

Analysis on epidemiological trends of notifiable infectious diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2002-2012

目的通过分析天津市西青区11年法定传染病发生及流行趋势,探讨疫情变化情况,为制定科学的防病对策提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学的方法对西青区2002—2012年法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2002—2012年西青区共报告法定传染病24种,患者36 072例,11年间平均报告发病率为652.17/10万。死亡病例26例,死于肺结核21例、狂犬病2例、乙型肝炎2例和甲型H1N1流感1例。法定的乙类传染病中肠道传染病年均发病率为98.95/10万,血源及性传播传染病年均发病率为72.84/10万,呼吸道传染病年均发病率为53.91/10万。2002—2008年其他感染性腹泻为西青区传染病发病率第1位,自2009年始西青区法定传染病中手足口病一直位于发病率之首。结论西青区应将防控工作重点放在肠道传染病和血源及性传播传染病等传染病的防治上,并制定针对性的防治策略。

[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological trends of notifiable infectious diseases in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 11years,explore the epidemic changes,and provide the theoretical basis for making prevention and control measures.[Methods]The epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Xiqing District from 2002 to 2012 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]From 2002 to 2012,36 072 cases of 24 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Xiqing District,and the average annual incidence rate was 652. 17 /lakh. There were 26 death cases in the past 11 years,21cases died of tuberculosis,2 cases died of rabies,2 cases died of hepatitis B,and 1 case died of influenza A（ H1N1）. Among the category B infectious diseases,the average annual incidence rate of intestinal infectious disease,blood borne infectious disease and sexually transmitted diseases,and respiratory infectious disease was 98. 95 /lakh,72. 84 /lakh and 53. 91 /lakh,respectively. The infectious diarrhea showed the highest incidence rate among the notifiable infectious diseases in Xiqing District during 2002-2008,and it was replaced by the hand-foot-mouth disease since 2009.[Conclusion]The prevention and control of notifiable infectious diseases should focus on the intestinal infectious disease,as well as the blood borne infectious disease and sexually transmitted diseases. Meanwhile,it is necessary to develop the targeted prevention strategies.
