教学资源库的建设是高职院校探索专业教学模式和教学方法改革、整体提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力的一项新的重要举措。通过共享教育资源平台建设,能够实现教育教学资源的交流、共享和再利用。辽宁省交通高等专科学校高职监理专业依托网络教学平台,践行"以人为本"的教育理念,建设了内容丰富的资源库,为教师、学生和社会学习者等多类学习对象提供了自主学习、终生学习的专业资源服务。

The construction of teaching resources library is a new important measure for higher vocational colleges to explore teaching modes and teaching methods, and to overall enhance the quality of personnel training and the ability of social service. Through sharing the platformconstruction of education resources, the exchange, sharing and reuse of education resources can be realized. The supervision major relies on netw ork teaching platform, fulfills the ＆quot;people-oriented＆quot; education philosophy, constructs the resource library with rich content, and provides professional services of autonomic learning, lifelong learning for teachers, students, and social learners and so on.
