基于合作学习理论的高职教师角色定位的思考

Thoughts on Role Definition of Higher Vocational College Teachers Based on Cooperative Learning

合作学习理论强调在教学活动中"以学生为中心",但这并不意味着教师在教学活动中作用的弱化。相反,为了真正通过在课堂上贯彻合作学习教学理论以达到提高教学质量、培养学生职业能力的目的,高职教师应在合作学习活动中扮演组织者、设计者、引导者、评价者和监督者的多重角色。

Cooperative learning emphasizes students-centered teaching activities; however it doesn＆#39;t mean to weaken the role of teachers in class. On the contrary, in order to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate students＆#39; professional abilities through the implementation of cooperative learning, teachers in higher vocational colleges should play multiple roles as organizer, designer, guide, evaluator and supervisor in cooperative learning activities.
