摘要
合作学习理论强调在教学活动中"以学生为中心",但这并不意味着教师在教学活动中作用的弱化。相反,为了真正通过在课堂上贯彻合作学习教学理论以达到提高教学质量、培养学生职业能力的目的,高职教师应在合作学习活动中扮演组织者、设计者、引导者、评价者和监督者的多重角色。
Cooperative learning emphasizes students-centered teaching activities; however it doesn't mean to weaken the role of teachers in class. On the contrary, in order to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate students' professional abilities through the implementation of cooperative learning, teachers in higher vocational colleges should play multiple roles as organizer, designer, guide, evaluator and supervisor in cooperative learning activities.
