摘要
长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道整治一期工程,采用半圆体立式预制工艺,克服了常规卧式预制的弊端,但需在出运前转换成卧式以确保现场安装。通过半圆体偏心位置的确定、翻转工序等流程,实现了半圆体立式预制翻转工艺创新。
The phase I project of 12.5 m deepwater waterway project under the Yangtze River in Nanjing, uses the semicylinder vertical prefabricated to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional horizontal prefabricated , but it need to be con- vened into horizontal before shipment to ensure the on-site installation. By determining the semi-cylinder eccentric position, flip process steps to achieve a process innovation of the semi-cylinder prefabricated vertical flip construction.
