工程索赔中,一般给监理只有对索赔依据的确认权和索赔额的建议权。监理工程师应以合同和事实为依据,审核索赔依据和索赔金额;加强沟通,协商一致;应有索赔预防,做好同期记录;认真分析索赔项目的关联关系;弄清每一项费用的合理性。做到客观、公正。

Generally, supervisors only have the rights to confirm the project claims and make suggestions of the claims amount given by owners during engineering claims, supervising engineer should be based on contract and facts, audit claim basis and claim amount; enhance communication and consensus; have claim prevention, and make good records at the same time; careful analyze the incidence relation of claim projects; ascertain the reasonableness of each item cost ; and should be objective and fair.
