摘要
以浙江省申嘉湖杭高速公路(练杭段)中采用的泡沫混凝土轻质换填路堤为实例,运用FLAC3D程序对不同泡沫混凝土路堤置换形式进行数值模拟分析,对置换后路堤的变形特征进行研究,讨论了路基的变形发展情况。结果表明:使用泡沫混凝土置换路堤对控制路堤的沉降效果显著,可有效防止路面不均匀沉降发生,但在实际施工时应防止尺寸效应的发生。
A study of using foam concrete to replace embankment is made based on the project of Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou-Hangzhou Expressway (Lianshi-Hangzhou section) in Zhejiang Province, and different replacement forms are simulated by applying FLAC3D. The characteristics of the Stress and deformation, and the developing process of settlement are studied after using foam concrete to replace embankment, deformation and development of roadbed and distribution of stress are discussed. It is indicated from the results that using foam concrete to reduce embankment settlement has a significant effect on reducing embankment settlement, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of uneven settlement of embankment, but in the actual construction occurrence of the size effect should be prevented.
