主动融雪抑冰乳液的制备与性能研究 被引量:6

Research on the Preparation and Properties of Active Snowmelt Emulsion System

摘要 针对现有化学融雪方法的缺陷,通过在乳化沥青中添加融雪剂,制备一种主动融雪抑冰型乳液。通过乳化沥青蒸发残留物含量和储存稳定性试验,研究融雪剂掺量和搅拌时间对乳液性能的影响;并研究不同融雪剂掺量下乳液的融雪抑冰性能。结果表明,随融雪剂掺量增大,乳液的蒸发残留物含量逐渐增大,1 d储存稳定性先变好后变差,当掺量为12%时,储存稳定性最好;随搅拌时间延长,蒸发残留物含量先增大后减小,1 d储存稳定性先变好后变差,当搅拌时间为15 min时两者都有最佳值;融雪剂掺量越大,融雪抑冰成分的释放量和释放速率越大,冷冻后试件表面结冰越少,冰层越松散,表明融雪抑冰性能越好;随时间延长,融雪抑冰成分的释放速率变慢,结冰后冰层变坚硬,表明融雪抑冰潜力变弱。 In consideration of the defects of chemical deicing method, the deicing salt is added to the emulsified asphalt to prepare an emulsion that can melt snow and ice actively. In this paper, tests on content of evaporated residue in emulsified asphalt and storage stability test are conducted to analyze the impact of deicing Salt content and stirring time on the performance of emulsion. Besides, snowmelt performance of emulsion under different deicing salt content is studied. The results show that as deicing salt content increases, the evaporation residue content increases gradually, and storage stability becomes better before getting worse. Emulsion achieves optimal storage stability with 12% deicing salt. With the extension of the stirring time, the content of evaporated residue increases first and then decreases, and storage stability becomes better then worse. When the stirring time is 15min, both of evaporated residue content and storage stability reach an optimal value. With the increase of deicing salt content, active ingredient release and the release rate increases and the ice on surface is less while the ice is more loose, which indicates the better snowmelt performance. With the extension of the time, the speed of the effective ingredient release slows clown and the ice becomes hard, which means the snowmelt potential become weaker.
