潜艇高压气瓶放气过程的理论分析与数值仿真 被引量:7

摘要 潜艇高压气应急吹除主压载水舱过程中,气瓶作为重要的气动元件,其内部气体压力和释放气体时的质量流量对应急吹除系统的工作性能具有重要影响。采用基于RANS方程求解的CFD方法对高压气瓶放气过程进行了数值仿真,采用等温模型和绝热模型对气瓶内压力和释放气体的质量流量计算方法分别进行了建模推导,得到了高压气瓶放气时气瓶内压力和释放气体的质量流量时历曲线。结果表明,气瓶出口截面马赫数对气体质量流量变化规律影响严重,而对气瓶内压力变化规律的影响较小。 Gas cylinder is an important pneumatic component in the process of high pressure gas emergency blo- wing ballast tanks of the submarine. Gas pressure in the cylinder and mass flow rate of gas releasing have great influ- ence on work capability of emergency blowing system. This paper adopts CFD method based on RANS equations to numerically simulate the process of high-pressure gas storage cylinder releasing gas. It uses the isothermal model and adiabatic model to build a model and expand computing methods of gas storage cylinder inner pressure and mass flow rate of gas release, and it also gets curves of gas storage cylinder inner pressure and mass flow rate changing along time. The results indicate that Mach number of cylinder-outlet section has great influence on variation law of mass flow rate of gas release, but has little influence on variation law of pressure.
