摘要
为了研究货物空投系统脱离锁的空中解脱特性,由系统力学特性分析确定影响脱离锁解脱特性的主要因素,引入定位销最小拉出力和解脱力两个特性指标;以弹簧式自动脱离锁为研究对象,建立仿真结构模型,利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件对脱离锁的工作过程进行仿真研究。采用控制变量法分析得出定位销最小拉出力随弹簧预紧力、载荷重力、伞系统气动阻力的增大而增大,并且随着弹簧预紧力和载荷重力的增大,解脱力也随之增大;定性分析了空投速度、大气密度和投物体积的影响。上述仿真模型和仿真方法可用于定量计算定位销最小拉出力和解脱力,可为空投系统脱离锁的设计提供一定理论依据。
In order to research the liberation characteristic in the air of airdrop system disconnect, the main factors effecting liberation characteristic were confirmed through mechanical property of the system in this paper. The slider' s minimum pull-out force and relief force were introduced as two indexes of characteristic. The spring loaded au- tomatic disconnection was used as the research object. The structure model was built, and based on dynamics simula- tion software ADAMS, the working process of disconnect was simulated. The results show that slider' s minimum pull -out force becomes larger as the spring preload, and the airdrop cargo' s load and parachute' s aerodynamic resistance increasing can be obtained using control variable method. And as the spring preload and the airdrop cargo' s load in- crease, the relief force of disconnection also becomes larger. The influence of atmosphere density, drop velocity and cargo' s volume were researched through qualitative analysis. The simulation model and method in this paper can be used to quantitatively calculate the slider' s minimum pull-out force and relief force of disconnection. And it can pro- vide a certain theoretical basis for the airdrop system disconnect design.
