摘要 为解决某型航空发动机高压压气机可调静子叶片转角数字电子控制系统的PID参数整定的问题,针对传统遗传算法在解决复杂问题时局部搜索能力较弱、容易早熟、优良个体易被破坏等弱点,提出了一种改进型遗传算法并设计了一种改进型遗传算法的PID参数整定系统,给出了详细的仿真研究方法。仿真研究结果显示,所设计改进型遗传算法的PID参数整定系统能够为某型高压压气机可调静子叶片转角控制系统提供优良的PID参数组合,将所得的PID参数应用至控制系统后发现,控制系统的响应速度快、稳态精度和稳定性高,各项性能指标可满足控制系统的设计要求。所设计的参数整定系统是有效的,有一定的理论意义与实用价值。 For solving the problem of PID parameter tuning of an aero engine high-pressure compressor stator vane angle digital electronic control system, an improved genetic algorithm is presented and a PID parameter tuning system is designed based on the improved genetic algorithm. The improved genetic algorithm can overcome the draw- backs of the traditional genetic algorithm such as poor local search ability and easy premature, as well as some good individuals are susceptible to be damaged. The detailed simulation method of the proposed system is presented. Simu- lation results show that, the designed PID parameter tuning system based on the improved genetic algorithm can pro- vide excellent PID parameters for the aero engine high-pressure compressor stator vane angle digital electronic control system. When the PID parameters are applied to the control system, the control system has rapid response speed, high steady-state accuracy and stability, and performance indices of the control system can meet the design require- ments. The presented parameter tuning system is effective and it has theoretical significance and practical value.
