湖南省区域图书馆联盟的调查与思考

Investigation and thinking of the library consortium in Hunan Province

数字图书馆的诞生,开启了网络信息资源共建共享的新时代,产生了多种以数字图书馆为中心的区域性文献信息资源共享网络。文章着眼于湖南省区域图书馆联盟,简述了联盟建设的基本情况、联盟建设对湖南省文献信息资源共享的现实意义以及联盟建设的不足之处,针对存在的问题提出构建湖南省区域图书馆联盟的策略,以期推动湖南省区域图书馆联盟的可持续发展。

The birth of the digital library has heralded a new era of network information resource sharing, produced a variety of regional literature information resource sharing network with the digital libraries as the center. Starting from the rational library consortium of Human Province, this article briefly expounds the basic facts of the construction of the consortium, the practical significance of the consortium in information resource sharing, and the existing problems in the construction of the consortium. Aiming at the problems, the suggestions for the construction of rational library consortia are also presented in the light of the realization of the sustainable development in Hunan Province
