This article makes a systematical researches on the price changes of ancient books in the dynasties of Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing, and in modern times, probes into the price laws of the ancient books from the publishing time, the development of history and the characteristics of different stages so as to provide reference for modern scholars in awareness of the value of ancient books, better protection of the ancient books, and the utilization of the ancient books at higher level
