摘要
目的调查江苏省不同地区人工流产者心理社会状况,了解人流手术患者的心理特点。方法 2011年10月-2013年3月,在南京市妇幼保健院、溧阳市人民医院、滨海县人民医院,对行人工流产手术的女性采用自制的一般情况调查表、90项症状自评量表(scl-90)、父母教养方式量表(EMBU)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC),收集相关信息,并对资料进行分析。结果江苏3城市人流女性在户籍、初孕年龄、职业、文化程度、月收入、父母感情状况、伴侣的个数、本次怀孕的原因、父母对本次怀孕的知晓情况、对手术的担心程度、对手术并发症的知晓情况上差异均存在统计学意义。在父母教养方式、人格类型和心理健康状况上,南京市与溧阳市差异无统计学意义,滨海县在多方面与南京市、溧阳市差异存在统计学意义。结论不同地区的人流女性在一般情况、父母教养方式、人格特点、心理健康状况上存在差异,应针对性开展健康教育。
Objective To investigate the psychosocial and social status of woman with induced abortion in different regions of Jiangsu Province. Methods Women with induced abortion in 3 hospitals. Nanjing Maternity and Child Care Center, Liyang City People's Hospital and Binhai County People's Hospital. Investigation was conducted by using self-made general questionnaire, symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), the parenting style scale (EMBU) and Chinese version of the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RSC) . Results Significant statistic was shown in women from 3 rigeons of Jiangsu on household registration, the first gestational age, occupation, educational background, income per month, parents relationship, the number of partners, the reason for the pregnancy, parents awareness of the pregnancy, the anxiety status of surgery and the awareness of the surgical complications. There were no significant statistic on parenting style, personality and mental health between women from Naning and Liyang, while women from Binhai had significant statistical differences on many factors associated induced abortion by comparing to women from Nanjing and Liyang. Conclusion Geographical differences were shown in women with induced abortion on demographic data, parenting style, personality characteristics and mental health. In all, health education should be carried out for the target population.
