摘要
介绍了一种柔性自动抛光方法。采用电主轴带动抛光轮,在立车上实现了筒体的自动抛光。同时,针对凹凸不平、存在椭圆的筒体表面抛光难题,通过对抛光轮的改进,增加适当的海绵过渡层,解决了毛坯筒体的自动抛光问题。
This paper introduces a flexible automatic polishing method. Using the spindle drivepolishing wheel, to realize the automatic polishing on cylinder in vertical lathe. The polishing surface of the cylinder body are uneven, elliptic problem, through the improvement of the polishing wheel, increase sponge suitable transition layer, solves the problem of automatic polishing rough cylinder.
