PEST Analysis on the Development of Private Hospitals in Xinjiang

运用PEST分析法,结合新疆实际情况,对新疆民营医院发展的外部环境,政治因素、经济因素、社会因素和技术因素进行分析,探讨新疆多民族地区民营医院发展的政治、经济、社会、技术问题,尝试探索适应新疆民营医院发展的道路,同时也为相关部门提供建议和参考,进一步推进民营医院的可持续发展。

By using PEST analysis method and combining with the actual situation in Xinjiang, we analyzed the external environment of private hospital in terms of political, economic, social and technological factors, investigated problems of the development in these aspects based on the characteristics of Xinjiang minority nationality areas, tried to explore a way suitable to the development of private hospital, and provided some advices and references for the relevant departments, so as to further promote the sustainable development of private hospitals in Xinjiang.
