公立医院医疗岗位绩效考核体系的构建及应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了积极响应我国卫生体制改革政策的推进,某大型公立医院通过对新型绩效考核体系的研究,应用以资源为基础的相对价值比率理论系统,对医生、护理、技师三个职系医疗岗位人员,设立不同的绩效指标和核算办法,取得了初步成效,推动医院各项工作得到了较快发展。 In order to keep pace with China's health system reform, some large public hospital studied the new performance assessment system and set up different performance indicators and accounting methods for doctors, nurses and technicians by applying resource-based relative value scale theory. Preliminary effect has been achieved and hospital work has been well promoted.
