摘要
引进国外智力工作逐渐在公立医院的建设和发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文通过总结和分析近年来我院引进国外智力工作中存在的主要问题,并提出公立医院如何有效开展引进国外智力工作的对策建议。
International intelligence introduction has played a more and more significant role in public hospitals development and construction. Through summarizing and analyzing major issues regarding international intelligence introduction in our hospital in recent years, this article proposed strategies and suggestions on how to effectively introduce international intelligence.
