摘要 针对刀具选配过程中无法有效利用以往选配过程中积累的成功经验和数据的问题,提出了基于相似度的案例匹配方法,研究了加工案例中刀具选择的知识表示方法以及案例之间相似度的计算方法,用层次分析法建立刀具选配的权重决策模型,确定案例中各特征属性的权重,实现了基于历史案例的刀具的选配。 In order to solve the problem of the successful experience and data which come from the selection of cuttercannot be used efficiently, methods based on similar case matching is proposed. Put forward the method of milling case representation and similarity calculation; Using analytic hierarchy process the weight decision model of cutter selection is established and the weighing value of each attribute of the milling instance is acquired. Finally achieved the automation selection of Milling Tools based on historical case.
