摘要
通过研究改进超临界机组多项运行操作方式,达到节能降耗目的。主要对以下四个方面进行改进:降低给水流量,达到降低锅炉启动汽温的目的;高压加热器逆止门改造及滑压启动,展现多项优点;减少锅炉启动用油,节约启动成本;降低一次风母管压力,减少厂用电。实施后降低锅炉汽温30℃以上,有效解决机、炉汽温匹配问题;高加管壁温升得到科学控制,间接解决汽机冲转时上下缸温差高问题;每次启停机节油45t;一次风机电流降低20 A。为同类型电厂运行操作优化提供参考依据和借鉴。
Based on researches on the operation mode, this paper proposes improvements in operation mode to save energy and reduce consumption. These improvements include: reducing water supply quantity to reduce steam temperature at the boiler starting, improvement on the steam reverse valve of high pressure heater and sliding pressure startup with advantages such as the reduction of oil consumption in boiler starting, the reduction of primary wind pipe pressure and then the auxiliary power consumption. After applied those improvements, the reduction of steam temperature is over 30 ℃, then effectively got a good matching between the turbine steam temperature and boiler steam temperature. The temperature rising of the high pressure heating pipe is under reasonable control, indirectly reducing the difference between the upper steam cylinder temperature and lower steam cylinder temperature during turbine running. And oil of 45 t can be saved during each startup and stop, the current of the primary wind motor can be reduced 20 A. These improvements can be as used for reference for other power generation plants to optimize operation of power generation units.
