摘要 【目的】探讨蜂针疗法所致发热反应的规律,以便更好地指导临床治疗。【方法】选择100例进行蜂针治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者,观察蜂针治疗引起机体的发热反应与有无蜂蜇史、蜂针次数、蜂针量等因素的关系。【结果】(1)100例类风湿性关节炎患者中,蜂针后发热患者17例(占17.00%),无发热患者83例(占83.00%)。(2)有蜂蜇史患者第1次蜂针后发热率显著高于无蜂蜇史患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。(3)第1次出现发热反应的时间大部分集中在前3次蜂针治疗,共15例;第4次和第6次各有1例,其余均无出现发热病例。(4)蜂针次数与发热反应的关系:共有33例次出现发热反应,且发热反应集中在蜂针治疗的前6次。(5)蜂针治疗后发热患者的腋温主要集中在37℃~39℃,共31例次,39℃~40℃只有2例次,无1例超过40℃。(6)蜂针后发热的开始时间为蜂针后12 h之内,尤以蜂针后8 h之内为高峰期。【结论】蜂针后的发热反应是临床上常出现的问题,蜂针引起机体的发热反应可能与有无蜂蜇史、蜂针次数、蜂针量等因素有关。 Objective To explore the changes of pyrogenetic reaction induced by bee-venom needling, thus to guide the clinical application of bee-venom needling safely. Methods Bee-venom needling was carried out in 100 rheumatoid arthritis patients, and then we investigated the correlation of pyrogenetic reaction induced by bee-venom needling with the history of bee sting, the times of bee-venom needling, and the volume of bee venom. Results (1) Of the 100 rheumatoid arthritis patients, 17 (17.00%) had pyrogenetic reaction after bee-venom needling, but 83 (83.00%) had no pyrogenetie reaction. (2) Rheumatoid arthritis patients which had the history of bee sting had higher incidence of pyrogenetic reaction after first needling than those without the history of bee sting, the difference having statistical significance (P〈0.05) . (3) First pyrogenetic reaction was shown in 15 cases during the first three times of needling, in one case on the fourth needling, and in one case on the sixth needling. The left cases had no pyrogenetie reaction. (4) Pyrogenetie reaction occurred in 33 eases/times, and was mainly shown during the first 6 times of needling. (5) The axillary temperature of 37℃ - 39℃ after bee-venom needling was shown in 31 cases/times, and 39℃ ~ 40℃ in 2 cases/times. No case had axillary temperature over 40 ℃. (6) Pyrogenetie reaction induced by bee-venom needling started within 12 hours after bee-venom needling, and got the peak stage within 8 hours after bee-venom needling. Conclusion Pyrogenetic reaction induced by bee-venom needling is the commonly-seen issue in clinic, and it is probably influenced by the history of bee sting, the times of bee-venom needling, and the volume of bee venom.
