摘要
探讨了信息资源共享和著作权保护之间的矛盾与利益冲突问题,提出了信息资源共享条件下著作权保护对策,以期实现数字图书馆发展和著作权保护的和谐共存。
This paper discusses the interest conflict between information resource sharing and copyright protection, and puts forward some measures for copyright protection in the environment of information resource sharing, so as to realize harmonious coexistence of digital library development and copyright protection.
