摘要
指出目前我国移动图书馆存在手机客户端下载种类少、多媒体资源缺乏、深层次服务不足和过分依赖移动图书馆开发商等问题,并分析其原因。针对上述问题,提出提高馆员素质和能力、开展多种方式的用户需求调查、借助新媒体技术提高深层次服务水平、将知识性和休闲性融合到移动图书馆建设中等措施,打造读者满意的移动图书馆。
The paper points out that currently mobile library in China has many problems, such as few varieties of mobile phone client download, lack of multimedia resources, insufficient deep service, overdependence on mobile library provider, and analyzes the causes. The paper formulates measures for the questions above-mentioned, including to improve librarians＇ quality and ability, to carry out various surveys on user demand, to raise service level by new media technologies, and to integrate knowledge and recreation into construction of mobile libraries, so as to build satisfactory mobile library.
