摘要
为研究大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥采用真空辅助进行管内混凝土灌注的工艺和效果,在合江长江一桥桥址附近,在自然环境下分别对2个跨径50m、管径660mm的拱段进行了管内混凝土灌注工艺试验,完成管内混凝土灌注后分别在混凝土6,17,21,28,56d龄期时对拱段的关键截面进行了超声波检测,并在拱顶附近进行钻孔调查。研究结果表明:采用真空辅助工艺灌注混凝土的试验拱段超声波波速检测值较大,脱空孔隙较小,整体密实性好且更稳定;该工艺操作简便,对工程质量提高显著,经济效益好,适用于大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥的管内混凝土灌注。
In order to investigate the process and effect of vacuum aided grouting in arch tube of long span concrete filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge, the process tests were conducted on two arch segments with a span of 50 m and diameter of 660 mm under natural environment near the site of the No. 1 Yangtze River Bridge in Hejiang. After grouting, the ultrasonic tests were carried out on the key sections at the concrete age of 6, 17, 21, 28, 56 d respectively, and drilling investigation was conducted at the tops of two arch segments. The results show that the arch segment grouted with vacuum aided process have larger ultrasonic test values, smaller disengaging gaps, better integrity and stability. For the operation convenience, obvious quality improvement and good economic benefit, the vacuum aided process is suitable for the concrete grouting in steel arch tube of long span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges.
