舒缓爱心家园提高社区晚期肿瘤患者家属的应对能力

Intervention Effects of Palliative Nursing in Community on Family Members' Coping Style of Terminal Cancer Patients

目的探讨建立舒缓爱心家园对社区晚期肿瘤患者家属应对能力干预的效果。方法选择2012年10月至2013年10月入住上海市浦东新区迎博社区卫生服务中心舒缓疗护病房的晚期肿瘤患者家属(主要照顾者)60例为研究对象,组建舒缓爱心家园服务团队,并进行评估家属需求、举办爱心家园活动等为期6个月的干预,采用晚期肿瘤患者疾病相关知识调查表、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和简易应对方式量表(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)在干预前后对对晚期肿瘤患者家属进行测评。结果干预后,晚期肿瘤患者家属对疾病相关知识的知晓情况均优于干预前(均P<0.01);干预前后,晚期肿瘤患者家属的SAS及SCSQ评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在社区建立舒缓爱心家园,能有效提高晚期肿瘤患者家属相关知识的认知程度及应对能力,提升患者及家属的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of palliative nursing in family members’coping style of terminal cancer patients Methods 60 family members of terminal cancer patients were recruited from one community health service centre .They were given “palliative love home”for 6 months,and were evaluated by using disease relevant information scale,SAS and SCSQ.Results There were significant difference on awareness rate,SAS scores and coping style after intervention（P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Building palliative nursing home in community can effectively improve the awareness rate of the disease knowledge and coping ability of family members,and also improve the quality of life of both patients and their family members.
